Once again we are embarking on our annual charity bike ride for the Urology foundation. Please support me as I take part in the Bike4TUF Challenge which will see me cycle from Newcastle to Glasgow via Edinburgh in 3 days, around 90 miles a day.

We have been doing these rides for the foundation for 13 years now and have raised 100's of thousands for the charity. Its because of your support we have been able to do that. 100% of what you give goes to the charity.
