This is my fourth year taking part in this challenge. I can't belive its been that long since I lost my baby. The pain never goes away and that's why charities like Tommy’s are so important. I hope to help prevent future heartbreak and loss for others and to raise awareness about baby loss and its effect on all involved.

As a dad the support Tommy's has given me has been invaluable, just simply being able to read other dads stories and not feel alone has helped me through one of the darkest periods of my life.
