Great North Run 2025 · 7 September 2025 ·

Our team of dedicated runners are taking on the challenge of completing the worlds biggest half marathon on 7th September. Every step they take will bring us closer to ensuring no one has to rebuild their lives alone following catastrophic injury.

Story

My Wife works for Day One Trauma Support. They provide support to people (and families) who have experienced traumatic injuries. She’s been with them for a couple of years now and it’s fair to say their work is genuinely life-changing. What they do is amazing, so I wanted to try and raise a few quid to help them do more of what they do so well. It’d be great if anyone could spare some loose change to throw into their pot. Their own words are below:

I’m supporting Day One Trauma Support by taking part in the Great North Run 2025. Please support my half marathon challenge and help people who have suffered catastrophic injuries. Every donation will make a huge difference.

Day One receives no NHS or government funding, so every pound raised will make a huge difference to people affected by life-changing injury.

Together we can ensure no one has to rebuild their life on their own.
