Myself and Jordan have experienced first hand in each of our families the challenges, struggles and suffering of what Dementia can do to someone. More research, care and treatments are needed to slow down the disease and make it more manageable for the quality of life of so many across the UK each day. Not just the ones with the disease but also their families and friends as it really does cause a lot of emotional, mental and physical strain. Something needs to be done and that is where fundraising comes in.

Me and Jordan have decided in honour of our grandparents to organise numerous activities in aid of Dementia UK. So far these have been charity nights, days, sweepstakes and last man stands events. These are all where families, friends and the local community can come together to be in a space away from the stresses of life, to raise a lot of money for a much needed cause and to have fun.

We are always looking for businesses and the local communities to support us with our venture. This can be raffle or auction prizes, sponsorship, sharing our JustGiving page, sharing our posters and even attending our events. Any support is highly appreciated.

We are proudly sponsored by the talented band Hometown which have been an amazing support singing at our events and helping raise money towards our £20,000 target.
