Story

🏃‍♂️ 100km for a Cure | Walking for MND 💙

On the 19th–20th July, I’ll be taking on 100 kilometres through the stunning Gower Peninsula in Wales — golden beaches, rugged cliffs, wild moors… and one massive challenge.

But this walk is about more than just miles.

I’m doing this in support of a great friend and their incredible dad — a man described as a role model, a hero, and someone who’s inspired nothing but respect and pride. He’s now facing Motor Neurone Disease (MND) — a cruel and rare condition affecting just 5,000 people in the UK.

His son said it best:

“It hurts, MASSIVELY, to see him like this. But we fight, stay positive, and do our best for him.”

So, I’m walking for him. For them. For everyone affected by MND.

MND might be rare — 250,000 people worldwide — but that makes awareness and funding even more vital. There’s no cure… yet. But with your help, we can change that.

🙏 If you’d like to support, please consider donating below. Every pound helps fund research, support families, and bring us one step closer to a cure.

Whether you can give, share, or just send support — thank you. Your encouragement means the world..
