The time has come!

Both Jackson and I are thrilled to announce we are attempting one of the hardest challenges in the world, an IRONMAN.

The triathlon consists of a 3.9km swim, 180km bike and a 42.2km run to finish it off.

Who better to raise money for than the amazing Foundation for Mother and Child Health. The FMCH are a group of three sister organisations working to improve the health and wellbeing of mothers and children in the UK, Indonesia and India. Please see their website here: https://www.fmch-uk.org/
