On the 25th May, I along with a group of 7 friends will be attempting to ride c200 miles in 24 hours between the two great cities of London and Paris.

Coincidently on the same weekend it will be 6 years since my best mate Steve tragically died so I want to raise funds for the Steven Beech 'Be Better' Foundation, a charity that was set up by Steve’s family and friend’s.

The Steven Beech 'Be Better' Foundation is dedicated to making a positive impact in our community by supporting important causes such as Scientific Research, Animal Welfare and Grass Roots sports at a local level (that I am hugely passionate about).
