Story
In April his year, I’m taking on the Brighton Marathon in support of Dementia UK, a charity whose specialist Admiral Nurses bring strength, clarity, and compassion to families facing dementia. Their work gives people hope when they need it most, and I’m proud to run every mile for them.
Running has been my lifeline over the last few years. It’s helped me steady my mind, quieten the noise, and given me focus and peace where I might have once felt overwhelmed. Through running, I’ve found calm, confidence and proved to myself that even when life feels heavy, not matter what you MUST keep going.
That’s why this marathon is so much more than a challenge. It’s a celebration of how far running has carried me, and a chance to give something meaningful back. By supporting Dementia UK, we can help families receive the care, guidance, and compassion they deserve.
If you’re able to donate, thank you — your support fuels every step. And if not, a share or a message of encouragement means just as much.
Here’s to running with purpose, finding strength in the struggle, and making a real difference together.
Thank you all!
Bosh 👊🏻
