After a 12 year hiatus I've decided it's time to dust off the old reliable Cube and get back in the saddle to raise money for a very worthy cause.

Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity dedicated to funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies, children and young people. Action have been funding medical breakthroughs for over 70 years now and have helped to beat polio, fight meningitis, prevent stillbirths and develop ultrasound scanning in pregnancy. They are now driving forward children's research, including in the fight against rare diseases.

The task ahead of me is to complete the Raptör ride, a multi-day ride for the Insurance Industry that will involve cycling nearly 500km over 4 days, beginning in north Sussex, riding to down to Dover, Dunkirk, Ypres, Ghent, and finishing in Roubaix with a circuit of the famous velodrome.
