Since joining Future Talent as CEO, I’ve been continually inspired by the extraordinary impact the organisation has on young musicians and their families. Seeing first-hand how the right support at the right time can transform confidence, opportunity and futures has motivated me to go a step further in my own commitment. I’m running the Brighton Marathon to raise money for Future Talent so that we can continue to nurture exceptional young musicians, helping them to fulfil their potential and thrive, whatever their background.
