This year I am running the Belfast marathon in support of Helping Hand, the independent charity of the Belfast Hospital for Sick Children

Helping Hand was established to provide the best equipment, to fund research, education and to support the immediate needs of children and their parents at the Hospital

With increasing pressures and stresses placed on the NHS & its staff (up the workers ✊🏻), it is more important than ever to find additional sources of revenue to enable the Hospital to give the best care possible

Children are the most precious and important things in the world. It is so cruel that they can be ill, but if they are, they deserve the best possible care & support
