Twelve years on from the first time I did it, I've decided to run the London Marathon again for Barnardo's.

Barnardo's is an incredible charity that supports some of the most vulnerable children living in the UK. You can find out what they do here: https://www.barnardos.org.uk. The last time I ran it for them I did it in 4:01, so a decade on let's see if I can shave off that minute.
