We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Last year I spent 10 months tackling cancer at the age of 23-24.

Throughout my journey I was supported by the Teenage Cancer Trust, who provide extra care and support for teenagers and young adults aged 16-24.

I was meant to do this cycle trip in Japan one year ago with my mum. But 48 hours before I was meant to fly out, I was told that my blood tests had come back with high tumour markers and I would need to start chemotherapy. So I had to cancel last minute. One year later and it looks like everything is back to normal, so hopefully this time I'll be able to complete the challenge and take my mum and brother to a whole new country.
