At the Harlequins Foundation, the power of sport and the spirit of Harlequins come together to fuel real, lasting change. Their mission is simple but vital: to empower young people with the essential skills they need to succeed in life.

This year, I’m taking part in the Harlequins International Exchange, joining a fantastic group of players who are fundraising to support the Foundation’s work both here in the UK and with their international partners. By taking part, I’m helping ensure that future teammates can follow in our footsteps and experience the same incredible opportunities.
