Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page for Ashes to Gold Oasis.

Oasis is a charity that offers low-cost counselling to a wide range of people across the Causeway Coast and Glens. The service plays a vital role in the local community, providing a safe, confidential space where people can access support for their mental health.

At Oasis, I completed my placement hours as a trainee counsellor, and it is where I continue to grow and develop my practice. Through my time there, I have been able to see first-hand the difference Oasis makes in the lives of local people, and I believe it is a service worthy of recognition and support.

To raise money for this incredible charity, I am training to run the Porto Marathon in Portugal on 8 November 2026. Running has become an integral part of maintaining both my physical and mental wellbeing, so it felt fitting to combine that passion with supporting a cause that means so much to me.

Every donation will go directly to Oasis, helping to provide the resources needed to continue offering counselling and mental health support within our community.
