As a children's mental health charity operating throughout the UK, The Wave Project helps children as young as eight years old through award winning surf therapy courses. Surf therapy supports children and young people deemed at risk of mental health challenges for a variety of reasons - including bullying, abuse, autism, neglect and bereavement. The power of surf therapy cannot be underestimated.

By supporting me with the London to Paris Cycle Challenge, we will be able to support over 2,000 children a year, improving their mental wellbeing, confidence and resilience.
