Story
Every 90 seconds, someone is reported missing in the UK. Behind every missing person is a family living with uncertainty, hoping for answers.
I’m running the Battersea Half Marathon to raise money for Missing People, the only UK charity dedicated to supporting missing children, adults and the families they leave behind.
The main reason I’ve chosen this charity is because of the case of Jack O’Sullivan, a local missing person from Bristol. Since Jack disappeared in March 2024, his family’s determination to keep searching and raising awareness has deeply resonated with me. It is a powerful reminder that no family should have to face the unimaginable journey of a missing loved one alone.

Missing People provides vital emotional and practical support to families, operates a free confidential helpline, and works tirelessly to help reunite missing people with those who care about them.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Missing People continue this life-changing work. Thank you for supporting my fundraiser and helping bring hope to families who need it most.
