Hi everyone!

I’m proud to be taking on the Great South Run this year in support of Deafblind UK.

You might be thinking to yourself "but he likes running, is this really a challenge?" Think again! After a 6 month string of injuries and a recent 5k race that rocked my confidence to it's very foundations, I truly could not be less prepared for a race this far.

Will I reach the finish line? Will I crash and burn beneath the majesty of the Spinnaker tower? Only time will tell...
