Join Team Alzheimer's Society at the world-famous TCS London Marathon and provide help and hope for people affected by dementia.

Story

Alzheimer’s Society are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

Alzheimer's is a disorder that affects families throughout the world and anyone who knows the damage it can cause will know how important it is for support and research to be carried out by this wonderful charity.

In April 2025, I will be running the London Marathon in memory of my Grandad who was battling with Alzheimer's when he passed and in support of my Grandma who is currently in a support home. Both grandparents have always been active and continually inspired me growing up to do the same.

Running a marathon is something I have always wanted to do so I thought it was best suited to commemorate them both by raising money and awareness whilst doing so for such a great cause.

Any donations you give will go towards the people and families directly affected and will help to get me over that finish line!

Much love,

Ben
