In May I will be completing (perhaps ‘attempting’ is more accurate) the 15K Tough Mudder London West to raise money for EDF’s charity partner Alzheimer’s Society.

Anyone who has been affected by Alzheimer’s disease – or dementia generally – will know the devastating impact it can have on both the sufferer and their loved ones.
