Why I’m Raising Money for Cancer Support

Cancer has impacted my life in a deeply personal way. My grandma, someone I loved dearly, passed away from lung cancer, and experiencing the pain of losing her showed me just how important it is to support those facing this devastating illness. Watching her struggle and knowing how many others are in similar situations inspired me to take action.

That’s why I’m raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, an incredible organization that provides practical, medical, and emotional support to people living with cancer and their families. They’re there for people when they need it most, offering help with everything from financial guidance to a listening ear during tough times.

To support this cause, I’ve decided to take on the challenge of an Ultra MMA fight. It’s something I never thought I’d do, but for me, raising money for cancer support is far more important than the risk of getting hurt. The fight is a test of physical strength, but my real motivation comes from the strength my grandma showed and the hope that my efforts can make a difference for others.

Every donation brings us one step closer to helping Macmillan continue their vital work. Together, we can honor those we’ve lost, support those still fighting, and ensure no one faces cancer alone.
