On Saturday 19th July, a team from Bendalls Engineering is taking on the Ullswater Way Walk – a challenging 20-mile loop around one of the Lake District’s most beautiful lakes – all to raise funds for The Lighthouse Carlisle.

The Lighthouse is part of Carlisle Eden Mind and offers out-of-hours mental health crisis support to people who need someone to talk to when other services are closed. They provide a safe space, a listening ear, and practical help when it’s needed most.

Mental health affects us all – directly or indirectly – and The Lighthouse’s work makes a huge difference in our community.
