Tragically, in June of 2024, our close friend Benedict took his own life. As a group, we want to raise some money in his memory for the Boys in mind charity.

Bell boating may seem as a bit of a niche past time, yet it was something we did as a group at least once a year. It is an activity which we associate so closely with our dear friend Benedict, who over the years provided us with so many great memories during these trips. As a result we decided it would only be fitting to complete a trip fundraising in his memory.

On the weekend of 24th May, our plan is to set off in two bell boats from Fladbury paddle club to Eckington bridge. This is approximately 20km and will take us around 8 hours to complete. (With the exception of George Bell, we aren't the most athletic bunch.)
