Benefit Cosmetics 'Bold is Beautiful' philanthropy program turns 10 years strong!

Launched in 2015, Bold is Beautiful is Benefit's global philanthropy program dedicated to empowering women & girls to be bold, believe in themselves & reach their full potential. Since its founding, Bold is Beautiful has globally raised $26.6M! The vision of Bold is Beautiful is to affect change in the world by creating a long-lasting positive change in the lives of women and girls in local communities worldwide. The ultimate goal is to GIVE BACK to the communities that Benefit calls home, through donations, volunteering and raising awareness.

The campaign allows Benefit to go beyond our beauty counters to partner with local charities that empower women and girls through education and mentorship, economic self-sufficient, and/or access to wellness.

Our Charity Partners

Along with volunteering & fundraising efforts, we donate €5* of our proceeds from EVERY brow wax in May at Benefit Brow Bars to local charities supporting this mission. In Ireland, we support Daisyhouse & Look Good Feel Better

Daisyhouse

Daisyhouse is a charity based in Dublin 8. They support homeless women coming out of substance misuse with an 18month supported programme which includes own door accommodation, access to specialised counselling, on site social care workers, education/employment supports, family reunification (on average 50% of the women they work with are mothers), 2 year aftercare programme and they ensure their clients have secured long term accomodation before they leave Daisyhouse.

They have 15 short term units (18 month programme) and 15 long term units which are rented by previous clients. On average they support 40 women a year.

Their mission it to provide secure affordable high quality supported accommodation to homeless women & to provide them with the skills & confidence to move to independent living.

Fundraising

Bold is Beautiful is our way to help our chosen charities raise funds, and throughout the month of May we will be raising funds in three main ways.

1. Brow Waxes

To make an impact. That’s why we wax.

We are reimaging the power of a brow wax. Book yours in May 2025 to make a difference for women & girls in your community.

2. Checkout Donations

You can also support our campaign, and two chosen charities, Look Good Feel Better and Daisyhouse by making a donation to the Bold is Beautiful campaign at check-out. €1, €5 and €10 donations are available at all participating retailers and are such a great opportunity to raise more money for our charities.

3. Fundraising Events

We wax to make an impact, but to make an even great impact, our teams will be using the Bold is Beautiful 2025 JustGiving platform to raise donations for their own fundraising events. Because we’re better BOLDER & we’re bolder together!

All funds raised on the Bold is Beautiful Justgiving page for each charity will go directly towards them.
