Story

In September 2023, I attempted suicide. It was the hardest and darkest time of my life. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of healing, understanding, and finding hope — a journey that showed me the importance of talking about mental health and breaking the stigma surrounding it.

That’s why I’m proud to ride for Andy’s Man Club, a charity that’s changing lives by offering men a safe space to talk. Their mission is simple but powerful: to reduce male suicide, the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. They believe that #ItsOkayToTalk — and I believe it too.

By taking on Ride Essex 2025, I want to raise awareness and funds for this incredible organization. Every mile I ride is a step toward ending silence and stigma, encouraging more men to seek support and share their stories.

This ride is personal for me, but it’s also about building a future where fewer families lose loved ones to silence. Together, we can make a difference.

Please join me in supporting Andy’s Man Club — your donation can help save lives.

Thank you for your support.
