This year I'm going to do the Great North Run raising funds for charity Team Verrico

They help to provide support (Childcare, cleaning and other things) to people who are undergoing cancer treatment, support research and help families access and pay for counselling. Their website is below if you like to know more about the good work they do

On a personal note this will be the first time I've ran for a charity and Team Verrico have been really supportive so it'd be nice to give a little bit back and hopefully I'll do them proud
