There's not much I can say about cancer that everyone doesn't already know. Everyone's lives and families have been affected by it in one way or another and the work Macmillan do and the support they offer is too vital to ignore. That is why we have chosen Macmillan Cancer Support to fundraise for as we attempt the Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge, which involves us walking the entire coastal path of the Isle of Wight (106km!).

I'm happy to have a group of equally mad people in Ben, Joe, Katie and Holly to do this with and, although the pain we will endure by walking over 100km in 24 hours pales in comparison to what people living with cancer experience daily, I'm looking forward to putting ourselves through hell for this.
