Having suffered from mental health issues in my twenties and been traumatised by my own mental health, I feel fortunate enough to be able to talk to someone at home about any problems or concerns I may have going on. Andy's man club is a wonderful men's suicide prevention charity offering free to attend peer to peer support groups across the United Kingdom. The more money raised for them can also allow more groups to open and hopefully reduce the chances that some day, out of the blue, there may be that dreaded knock on the door.

I am going to push across the country from Lowestoft to Lands End in my manual wheelchair (650km). I will be doing it over two weeks, 45 km per day, with the purpose of helping those that may need a bit of help.
