I am excited to be taking part in Birmingham Mind's Mental Elf festive fun run on Sunday 29th November at Cannon Hill Park.

This event celebrates bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to spend time in nature, raising awareness for mental health and wellbeing.

Sadly, the festive season can be a difficult time for some people. Throughout December 2025, Birmingham Mind's mental health helpline team handled 1,540 calls, averaging 50 calls per day, including 139 calls between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

All funds raised during this event will stay here in Birmingham to help support the people with their mental health. Services such as their Central Wellbeing Hub at The Bullring & Grand Central.
