After vowing to never run the great north run again I’ve had my arm twisted by a good friend Ethan Marshall to run to raise money for an excellent local charity Cancer Connections who’s work is invaluable in the North east of England in supporting those that are going through a cancer diagnosis and their supporting families.

So please dig deep and motivate me to the very end.
