Story
Alzheimer’s Society works towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. It does this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
Since my Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year, we have been adapting as a family to the impact. My sister and I are doing physical challenges this year to raise funds as a way of finding hope in the situation and in solidarity with all the other families affected by this disease.
My challenge is a Half-Marathon. It has meant actually having to get up and go outdoors in the dark and cold. I am still slow, but with your support can make it across the line. Thank you for your support.
