Hi everyone! I'm Benjy, and at 12 years old, I'm taking on a 5km fun run to support an incredible charity: Heads Up Kids. They're on the front lines of children's mental health in primary schools, providing a vital social and emotional wellbeing curriculum from Reception to Year 6. Did you know that sadly, 1 in 5 children are now experiencing a mental health issue? Heads Up Kids is tackling this crisis head-on by also offering crucial, accredited training to teachers, empowering them to confidently embed wellbeing in the classroom. They're currently working with over 100 schools, including more than 30 Jewish schools.

This run is also a meaningful part of my Barmitzvah program, and I really want to help Heads Up Kids reach even more schools so they can say "yes" to everyone who needs their support.
