'Carbon Foot Sprint' and 'Bennetts Can't Be Choosers' take on Dig Deeper 2023

On the 29th of September, two teams, 'Carbon Foot Sprint' and 'Bennetts Can't Be Choosers' comprising of Caoimhe, Morgan, Ian, Ali, Klara, Izzy, Eleanor and Jarrod will be heading to the Lake District competing in Dig Deeper 2023. The race sees 40 teams made up of UK construction companies take on 3 challenges, with only 1 winner. The race will take place in the Lake District and include 6 hours of fell running, off road cycling and one special event which could be anything from scaling a waterfall to abseiling down the other side.

Our chosen charities for this years Dig Deeper being Anthony Nolan.

Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with a blood cancer or blood disorder. They do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. They also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond.

Dig Deeper are also supporting 353 which was set in memory of Conrad Lewis who was killed in Afghanistan. They aim to help bereaved families of those who came back with life changing injuries from the conflict in Afghanistan; providing long term support to a variety of charities and to make as big a difference as possible.
