This year, I’m proud to be running the London Marathon to raise funds for St John Ambulance, an incredible charity that has been a big part of my eldest brothers life.

For almost 30 years, my brother has volunteered his free time as a doctor with St John Ambulance, balancing this alongside his full-time job. He provides life-saving first aid at public events and trains the next generation of first responders, he’s an incredible example of the vital work this organisation supports.

St John Ambulance is one of those charities you might not always see, but they’re always there when you need them. Whether it’s providing first aid at a public event, responding in emergencies, or teaching life-saving skills to communities, their work often happens quietly in the background, until they’re called into action.
