Over the next few weeks, I will be part of a five man team that will run a combined 449km in 28 days (89.8km each), for the 449 Irish lives lost to suicide in 2021, in aid of Pieta House.

Unfortunately suicide will affect almost everyone at some point in their lives, if it has not done so already. My team and I want to raise awareness and help Pieta House continue to do incredible work.

Pieta' vision is a world where suicide, self-harm and stigma have been replaced by hope, self-care and acceptance.
