Hello everyone,

As my journey in South America comes to an end I have been planning and preparing for my next goal an adventure....

I am running 645km from Lisbon to Santiago de Compostela, The Camino Portugues before finally coming home to the UK for Christmas.

I am doing this to raise money for a Bath based charity, Focus Counselling, that has helped me and many others through tough times.

Focus Counselling is a charity based in Bath & Frome and Wells which provides affordable counselling to all, helping individuals deal with their trauma, abuse, grief, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and much more.

The money raised by you on Just Giving will go towards counselling sessions for those who are struggling financially, Focus offers affordable to all so your contribution really makes a difference!

I am running this to make money for the charity that really helped me, and I am dedicating this run to my friends and family who have been so supportive and loving and most importantly to Mum. Love you all.
