I’m raising money for the White Ensign Association, a charity that does incredible work supporting Royal Navy veterans and their families.

This cause is particularly close to my heart because my Grandad served in the Royal Navy during World War II. His time in the Navy shaped the man he became, and he carried it with pride for the rest of his life.

To support this amazing charity, I’ll be taking on a 15km Tough Mudder obstacle course, which will no doubt be a serious test of endurance, mud, and determination!

The White Ensign Association helps naval veterans and their families navigate the challenges that can come after service, providing guidance and practical support when it’s needed most.

They’ve also helped my Grandad personally by assisting him in finding some wonderful memorabilia connected to his time in the Navy — something that meant a great deal to him and our family.
