Lands End to John o'Groats · 2 September 2025

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Hi, I’m Ben – and I’ve decided it’s a great idea to cycle over 1,000 miles… for fun.

From September 2nd to 13th, I’ll be pedalling my way from Land’s End to John o’ Groats (yes, the very bottom of the UK to the very top) to raise £3,500 for Teenage Cancer Trust – a brilliant charity that supports young people fighting cancer with specialist care and a whole lot of heart.

I’m riding solo (just me, my bike, and way too many flapjacks), but I’ll be joined by a group of other slightly mad cyclists all raising money for different amazing causes.

Why am I doing this? Because Teenage Cancer Trust makes a massive difference to young people going through something no one should have to face – and they rely on donations to keep doing what they do.

So if you can spare a few quid, please hit that donate button. If not, a share, a shout-out, or even sending me positive thoughts when I’m halfway up a Scottish hill would be amazing.

Let’s smash this £3,500 target and help make sure no young person faces cancer alone.

Thanks a million – see you at the finish line (hopefully upright)! 🚴‍♂️💙

Lands End to John O’ Groats 2025

Teenage Cancer Trust offer unique care and support, designed for and with young people. They fund specialised nurses, youth workers and hospital units in the NHS, so young people have dedicated staff and facilities to support them throughout treatment.

We run events for young people with cancer to help them regain independence and meet other young people going through something similar.

And we provide easy-to-understand information about every aspect of living with cancer as a young person.
