Story

My name is Ben Wilson, I'm 17 years old and I've decided to take a gap year from uni and during that time I plan to go to Japan to teach English to all sorts of people there.

I'd be going via Project Trust, a charity that sends young people from the UK all around the world to teach English to speakers of other languages. Some of the destinations this year are Ghana, Honduras, Malawi, Senegal, Thailand and of course, Japan.

I decided to do this because I think it will be incredibly interesting and that it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to see more of the world from a unique perspective.

I've completed a 22.6 mile kiltwalk through Glasgow on the 30th of April to fundraise, which raised £500, thank you all who donated. I am now about to (try to) cycle the west highland way

(a separate just giving page was made for it: https://www.justgiving.com/page/ben-wilson-314159265)

If you have any questions or advice please don't hesitate to contact me at nebninja@gmail.com and I'll get back to you asap.

I am fundraising and seeking sponsorship to support this project. Any donations gratefully received👍
