1. Tickets cost £2.00 each. For every £2.00 you donate, you will receive x1 ticket.

2. So that we can identify who has made the purchase, please ensure that you enter your name into the "NAME TO APPEAR ON PAGE" text box.

3. Please make sure that the amount donated is divisible by 2, e.g. if you wish to purchase 5 tickets, you would give £10.

4. Please pay for your ticket(s) before you collect from the relevant collection point.
