I took part in the Dartmoor Heroes Hike last year and loved it! So when work was putting a team together this year for the jurassic hike, of course I had to say yes!

It's 27km round Weymouth and portland, taking in the amazing views and scenery.

I was a volunteer for H4H for 10 years and absolutely loved it! They're a charity close to my heart. A charity that is very much needed, they help and support service personnel, veterans and their families through some of the most tough battles.

Getting to do a group hike is amazing, meeting new people, amazing scenery, being able to get out of your head and into the outdoors, supporting eachother and the best bit raising funds so others can get to do it too!

Always remember you are never alone!
