I am running the Great North Run in memory of my stepdad Joseph Mulgrove. Joe was a generous, kind and funny man that put everyone else feelings and worries before his own. Joe passed away suddenly in December 2023 after a short fight with a rare type of blood cancer known as T-Cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia (T-PLL).

I am raising money to help support Blood Cancer UK in their research in helping to beat leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and all types of blood cancer.

With the money I raise I hope that no family has to suffer the pain of losing a loved one like mine and Joe's family and friends have. I hope this money will allow Blood Cancer UK to be one step closer to beating all blood cancers!
