Story

Recently, my grandad sadly passed away after a brave battle with cancer. Watching someone you love go through such a difficult illness is heartbreaking, but during that time our family received incredible support from St John’s Hospice.

The staff at the hospice showed my grandad so much compassion, care, and dignity throughout his illness. They didn’t just support him, they supported our whole family during one of the hardest times in our lives. Knowing he had that support by such an amazing charity meant so much to us.

To say thank you and to help them continue the incredible work they do for other families, I’ve decided to take on a skydive to raise money for St John’s Hospice. It’s something that pushes me out of my comfort zone, but it feels like a meaningful way to give back in my grandad’s memory.

If you’re able to donate or even just share this fundraiser, it would mean so much to me. Every penny will go towards helping this incredible hospice continue the work they do every single day.

Thank you so much for your support,

Beth❤️
