On the 2nd of September I will be tackling Man versus mountain, a 22 mile race, up down and around Mount Snowdon with a few 'natural obstacles' such as swimming in a lake and abseiling, thrown in for good measure.

I will be running (for fun obvs) but also for Forde Park Community Project, a CIO providing employment for adults with additional needs, having converted a dilapidated pavilion in a newton abbot local park, into a cafe where this special group of people can work.
