The Year 11 Netball team at Twynham School is holding a charity netball match to raise much needed funds for a local charity called The Listening Ear (TLE). To raise the money we are hosting a Teacher VS Students netball game on Friday 13th September at Twynham School.

The Listening Ear is a charity dedicated to providing the best possible counselling and mental health support to children and young people aged 5-19 in schools across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. TLE provides a safe and confidential space for children and young people to explore their thoughts and feelings whilst getting any support they need.

In today’s world, more and more young people are experiencing mental health struggles, whilst they try to navigate their way through their teenage years.

It’s so important that children and young people feel comfortable to talk about their struggles.
