In August I will be undertaking a 20km endurance swim along the Menai Strait in Wales to raise money for Greater Manchester Rape Crisis Charity.

GMRC is a vital support centre in Manchester which provides compassionate support, advocacy, and resources which helps survivors heal, recover, and move forward with strength and dignity following rape or abuse. The charity is committed to ending sexual violence and building a future where every woman can live free from fear and harm.

Any donations are hugely appreciated and will assist GMRC in its mission and continue to provide these critical services in the City.
