The MIND Mental Health Charity ice hockey team will be competing at the Allstars charity ice hockey weekend in July 2023. The tournament brings 8 charities together all aiming to raise as much money and awareness as they can throughout the year. The tournament is then a celebration of all that has been achieved.

Team Mind will be working hard throughout the year to raise funds for Mind in a variety of fun ways. We are also hoping to connect with as many people as possible to help them feel less alone with their mental health struggles.

This year I will be taking on the challenge of Move for MIND in January. Running a 10k in full ice kit in March, and finishing with a skydive in June.
