Story
I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Make-A-Wish UK!
In October, I’ll be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Make-A-Wish — a charity that creates life-changing experiences for children with critical illnesses.
This cause is incredibly close to my heart. In 2023, my sister Hannah had her wish granted by Make-A-Wish UK. She wasn’t able to travel abroad due to her health, but that didn’t stop Make-A-Wish from creating something magical. They brought the magic of Disney World to the UK for children like her — a once-in-a-lifetime experience that gave us so many precious memories.
Seeing the joy and excitement it brought to Hannah was something I will never forget. It was a reminder that even in the hardest times, moments of happiness, laughter and magic are possible — and they mean everything.
Make-A-Wish UK grants life-changing wishes for thousands of critically ill children across the country. But sadly, the number of wish enquiries from children with less than a year to live is rising fast.
They urgently need help to meet this growing demand — because for families facing the unimaginable, every single day counts.
Your support has the power to make a wish come true, to give families moments of joy and memories they can treasure forever — no matter what the future holds.
If you are able to donate, no matter how big or small, it would mean the world to me and to the children and families who are waiting for their wish.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support!
