I am jumping in memory of my stepfather Laurence who was provided the most beautiful care and support from the hospice both at home through their community nurse team, and in his final 6 weeks of life from the hospice.

Thank you to all the volunteers, nurses, health care assistants, cleaners, doctors, counsellors and physiotherapists for the support shown to us all as a family. X
