This cause is close to my heart, as it has profoundly impacted my grandmother, who has been supported by them for years while living with macular degeneration and cataracts.Through their clubs, outings, and events, she’s gained confidence, built a support network, and found her independence. I’m excited to do my part in giving back!

On average, 250 people begin to lose their sight every day in the UK and 1 in 4 people will experience sight loss in their lifetime. SSW offers services which support visually impaired people overcome barriers to independence and wellbeing.
